1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website efegepho.com ("Website") or engaging EFEGE Photography & Films ("EFEGE", "we", "us") for photography or videography services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

2. Services

EFEGE provides luxury destination wedding photography, cinematic wedding films, and related visual content creation services. Service scope, deliverables, coverage hours, and timelines are defined in the individual proposal or contract agreed upon with each client.

3. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and the agreed retainer deposit. Dates are not held until both are received.

• Retainer deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.
• Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule in your agreement.
• Late payments may result in delayed delivery of final images or films.
• Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the proposal and may be subject to change for future bookings.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to EFEGE availability and may incur additional fees for travel or date changes. We strongly recommend wedding insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs, films, and visual content created by EFEGE remain the intellectual property of EFEGE Photography & Films. Clients receive a personal-use license as defined in their contract, which typically includes:

• Printing and sharing images for personal, non-commercial use.
• Sharing on social media with appropriate credit to EFEGE when published publicly.
• Downloading high-resolution files from the delivered online gallery.

6. Usage Restrictions

Without prior written consent from EFEGE, clients and third parties may not:

• Edit, alter, or filter images in a way that misrepresents EFEGE's artistic work.
• Use images or films for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale.
• Submit EFEGE work to publications or contests without authorization.
• Remove or crop watermarks from preview or sample images.

7. Portfolio & Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EFEGE reserves the right to use images and films from your wedding for portfolio display, website galleries, social media, publications, awards submissions, and marketing materials. We will always represent your celebration with respect and artistry. If you prefer privacy, please notify us in writing before your event.

8. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines are approximately 6–8 weeks for photography galleries and 12–16 weeks for cinematic films, unless otherwise specified in your contract. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines begin after the final payment has been received and any required selections have been made.

9. Limitation of Liability

EFEGE's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services under the applicable contract. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, venue restrictions, equipment failure despite professional backup procedures, illness, travel disruptions, or interference by guests or other vendors that limits our ability to perform.

In the unlikely event EFEGE is unable to perform due to emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified replacement artist of equal or greater skill.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our Website lawfully and not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Website content without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Use automated tools to scrape content or overload our servers.
• Transmit harmful code, spam, or misleading information through our forms.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party sites (social media platforms, venue websites, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Mexico.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Service contracts in effect at the time of booking are governed by the terms agreed in that contract.
